The condition of political issue around the world is entered the transition period. It is caused by the chance of its participatory, consensus oriented, accountable, transparent, responsive, effective & efficient, equitable & inclusive, and follows the rule of law of politic term that changes based on the period. This condition has purpose to refresh the civil society of the advances system in the line. 

The need of government figure that have big influence to lead the community in the same purpose is quite rare today. Perhaps, the issue of democracy has brought variation of people’s vision and point of view to bring welfare for the world. This makes some people is misleading the conception of Governance as a process of making decision which implemented or not. In other way it is an act of governing to make decision of define expectation, grant power, or verify performance. The government itself is always related to politic field. Through politics the governance process is operated where people may choose expectation based on political activity or grant power through political action and then judge its performance through political behavior. 

Nowadays, many young generations of teenager who are interested to join into politic. The reason is varying from their need to gain its salary up to their concern toward world infrastructure that need to be refresh of new vision that innovative and unique in quality. This phenomenon is interesting to discuss since this world is needed to advances together from bottom to up. 

Politics is provided with governance in relation. The word Governance itself means a process of making decision which implemented or not. In other way it is an act of governing to make decision of define expectation, grant power, or verify performance. To build a better condition of governance there is some essential term such participatory, consensus oriented, accountable, transparent, responsive, effective & efficient, equitable & inclusive, and follows the rule of law which need to balance. The reason is to create stable progression while prevent any misleading conception for the civil society. 

The time goes by. It has not realized that the world is entered new season of spring again. In the line, some people of different background is coming with new vision and mission to update the environment for their own advantage while advances the world at the same time. This issue is also influenced the government condition to lead better future of world infrastructure. 

The condition of Governance lately is showing unstable condition of its run. Many political issue is cannot be solved in proper way. The main reason is caused by the participatory that involve into the issue and ignore the civil society condition.
